Hikari Crab Cuisine Sinking Hard Sticks are designed to rapidly sink to the bottom of the aquarium, allowing bottom-dwellers to graze and feed naturally. It prevents waste and ensures the food is consumed efficiently. It contains higher calcium levels to promote proper shell development and molting in crustaceans. • The ideal enclosure temperature is 75°F (24°C).
• High humidity levels are required.
• Avoid rapid temperature changes or drafts.
• Hermit crabs do not have a regular feeding routine.
• They tend to eat at varying intervals from days to two weeks.
• Feed Hikari Tropical Crab Cuisine in a clean, shallow dish once a week.
• After 24 hours, remove any uneaten food from the enclosure.
• Feed 2 grams (approx. a thimbleful) of food per hermit crab per feeding.
