Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying online orders over $49.
No promo code is required. The order subtotal must exceed $49 before taxes and shipping & handling charges are applied.
Free Shipping applies only to Standard Shipping rates. Additional surcharges may apply for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivered Orders Policy
Due to an increase in fraudulent claims, any order marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier includingFedEx, UPS, USPS, or other carriers, will be considered successfully fulfilled and completed.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to provide refunds, replacements, or credits for the order.
Customers experiencing delivery-related issues, including lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation, must contact the respective shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.
We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier's tracking system.
Lost or Delayed In-transit Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or appears missing before being marked as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to review the shipment status and assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.
