(1.25 ml) per 20 U.S. gallons (76 L) of aquarium water. To detoxify chloramines: Add 6 drops per U.S. gallon (3.8 L) or 3/4 tsp. (3.75 ml) per 20 U.S. gallons (76 L). Heavy metals, such as copper, lead and zinc, can be found in most tap water supplies. These metals are toxic to tropical fish. So treat the aquarium when adding tap water.
